Frequently asked questions

Do I need a card to start?

Not to start — you get 30 days free. You add a card during self-service signup, but we only charge after the trial. You can cancel during the trial at no cost.

What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?

You pay monthly either way. With an annual commitment the rate is about 20% lower. The monthly plan is pricier but commitment-free — cancel anytime.

Is the number of users limited?

No. Every plan lets you add unlimited accounts (HR, legalization, foremen) and employee accounts. You pay for company scale (number of workers), not per user.

How do I pay and do prices include VAT?

All prices are net — we add 23% VAT on the invoice. Pay by card (auto-renewal) or BLIK/transfer via Przelewy24. We issue a VAT invoice automatically.

What if I exceed the worker limit?

We'll suggest moving up a plan. Your data stays intact — changing plans deletes nothing.
